Project Specific Guidance
All project completion submissions must include the following attestation that all work was completed in compliance with COVID-19 requirements. The statement can be copied and pasted into the NY HP Portal notes for existing projects.
By submitting the completion documents for this project, the contractor attests that all work was completed in compliance with COVID 19 requirements.
The COVID-19 language above has been added to EmPCalc v5.3.45 and the Certificates of Completion for both programs.

Customers with in-progress EmPower NY or Home Performance with ENERGY STAR projects as of May 29, 2020 received the following documents from NYSERDA via mail or email. Contractors should provide these two documents to all customers:

Special test out forms that contains the necessary statement needed to submit for payment without test-out.
